The "Transition" show that Bat Skates & Los Desperados put on ruled very hard. Tons of slick art and real cool people were there. Like the gentleman above. A real life Juggalo! You don't get to see to many of those around these parts. But a big thanks to Bat Skates, Los Desperados, Hurley and the 500-700 people who came out. Brandon and myself have started a 2 piece "Death-beat" band- GoatRipper. This is our first show! Galdr is from Seattle and is infinitely heavy doom. Drew up this flier for the show at DiPiazza's. Should be a crazy show. Too many bands in my opinion, what can you do. Acephalix is pretty bad ass. I have the demo tape and the 7", both get regular play. Haven't seen Mata Mata yet but have heard good things, and involves the master mind behind the black twilight cvlt. Of course Sumerian Axe is the best thing since Saxon and Venom. Be there or knife yourself.

The best idea ever! Heavy Metal Hamburgers on wheels! Could you ask for anything more? I was honored with a request to draw up some ridiculousness for the truck and will also be running their shirts for them.
Beware this is NOT your run of the mill burger truck. The burgers are closer to what you find in one of them "fancy" restaurants, only way better and 20 times more creative. For info on appearances and menu go HERE.

Getting Artsy in the Bay

Was part of a group show up in San Mateo at Sweet Breams. Pretty sweet turn out for the show. Some other cool art people involved were Ghost Ghost Teeth and Reed Birklund.

Here is some of the stuff I brought. You can go see 'em in person if your in the area, the show runs till next month.

Since I was up in the area I stopped by the Skinner exhibit at 111 Minna.

If your not familiar with Skinner you're probably pretty lame and should correct that by looking up his stuff. Pretty amazing death metal inspired visions of mythological madness. Definitely not for the false.

After all that I stopped by Tankcrimes HQ to catch up with my buddy Scotty and have secret talks about secret upcoming projects.
So yeah, go by Sweet Breams and check out some cool things.

I turned 30 and decided to have a super bash to celebrate. I made limited shirts just for the party. They came out pretty sick 2 color big print of a heavy metal party wolf!

My bud Josh had his new band "Big Take Over" Play some raging hardcore punk.

Next up was "Thee Cormans". If you've never caught em your probably pretty lame.

My band "Sumerian Axe" laid down some serious riffs, as well as murdering an $80 birthday cake.

Oh yeah! And my boy Travis held it down all night on the turntables weaving in and out of hip-hop and brutal death metal jams!
